According to the data of BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange), the total market capitalization of the seven listed companies of Adani Group is $ 201 billion. The current market capitalization of the Tata Group is $320 billion, while the Reliance Industries Limited Group is valued at $237 billion at the current market value.

The Adani Group became the third group in India to cross the $200 billion market cap on Thursday, April 7, 2022, after the shares of five of the seven listed Adani Group companies hit all-time highs.

According to experts, the reason behind such a sharp increase in the stock price of Adani Wilmar is the rising commodity price. Adani Wilmar is one of the leading edible oils from India.

Ukraine is one of the biggest exporters of soybean seed and oil and the ongoing geopolitical tensions between Russia and Ukraine are causing palm oil prices to rise sharply.

According to Analyse, Adani Wilmar can sell unsold inventory at a higher price, which will increase the profits of the company and strengthen the balance sheet.

Amidst the ongoing crises in Sri Lanka, the Indian government is supplying edibles to Sri Lanka and this can become a new business opportunity for Adani Wilmar.

Apart from this, Adani Wilmar can also become a key player to meet the supply-demand gap in other countries such as Brazil and European countries.

Adani Power Limited has a market capitalization of Rs 99,000 crore and Adani Wilmar has a market capitalization of Rs 83,000 crore.
