
Today the share price of Global Analytical and credit rating company CRISIL was trading up almost 7%. CRISIL is a subsidiary of American company S&P Global and provides rating, research, data analytics, solutions, and risk & policy advisory services.
The company announced strong quarterly 3 financial year 22 results.
CRISIL’s consolidated net profit increased by 53.20% on a year-on-year basis to Rs 168.63 crore for the quarterly 3 Financial Year 22.
Apart from this, the profit after tax of the company also increased by 31.3% and recorded Rs 465.8 crore. Consolidated income from operation also rose by 16.1% year on year.
The board of directors of CRISIL also recommended a dividend of Rs 15 per share and a special dividend of Rs 7 per share.
