Water is the most important thing for our life after air, but it is important that the water we are drinking. That water must be clean, because drinking bad water can cause illnesses. In this article, I’m going to show you how to check the water.

To check how good or bad the water is, it is seen to check how much TDS is in that water. The more TDS in the water, the worse the water is and the less TDS in the water, the better the water is.
If the TDS of your drinking water is up to 300, then the water is best to drink, and the water which has TDS level between 300 and 500 is good.
And the water whose TDS is more than 500 is not good, you should avoid such water. You can either boil it or drink it. Or you should get RO applied, it will control TDS of that water.
To check TDS of water, you will need a TDS meter which you can purchase from Amazon. For ₹ 300-350 you will get.
With TDS meter you can check TDS of any water. You will turn it on and after that you will put this machine in the TDS of water which you have to check. Like I have two glasses of water.

Let us check the TDS level of Normal water:
First we check the TDS of normal water which I have filled with tap, then in this way we will put TDS meter in it and you can see its TDS level.
467, which belongs to the right category, you can drink this water. But if you boil it, it will be better. You can save the reading by clicking on the hold button here and you can still see it.
Let us check the TDS level of RO water:
We will put TDS meter in RO water and you can see its TDS level is 34.
TDS of water should be at least 100, if TDS of water is less than 100, then it will be water, it will not have minerals and you will not get the full benefit of water.
So when you have RO installed, you must see one thing in it, TDS controller so that TDS of that water remains under control. At least 100 TDS should be of your water.
So this is only RO water, it does not have TDS controller. If it had a TDS controller with it, its level would have been 80–120.
In this way, with the help of TDS meter, you can check the TDS of any water and you can decide whether that water is potable for you or not.
Up to 500 if you have TDS in your water then you can drink it and if there is more than 500 then you should avoid that water, you can boil it and drink it because the water gets better by boiling.
