India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) has started a home service, which allows you to update your mobile number and email id in your Aadhaar card from home.

To link Aadhaar with a mobile number through IPPB (India Post Payment Bank), you have to register a request, the process of which will be known in this article.

Steps to Aadhaar card link with mobile number by Using IPPB (India Post Payment Bank)

  1. Go to the new official portal of IPPB (India Post Payment Bank).

    Go to the new official website portal of the IPPB (India Post Payment Bank) to link or update your mobile number and email ID in your Aadhaar card from home without visiting the Aadhaar center.

  2. Enter your name, full address, pin code, email id, mobile number, and service type.

    In this, you will enter your name, full address, pin code, email id, and mobile number. In the service you will select “IPPB Aadhaar Services” in this you get two services:
    1. You can do Aadhaar enrollment of your child up to 5 years from home itself.
    2. Now you can link your mobile number and email id to your Aadhaar card from home and you can also update it.

    For example, to link or update the mobile number or email id in the Aadhaar card, you will choose the option “Mobile / E-mail to Aadhaar linking/update”. After that click on Request OTP.

  3. Your request will be successfully registered after you “confirm service request”.

    An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter OTP and click on “Confirm service request”. Your request will be successfully registered and you will also get a request number, you can save it.

  4. You can track the status of your request.

    You can track the status of your request from this page, for this you will click on “Click to track your request”.

    In this, you will enter your request number or mobile number and click on “Fetch”, then the status will come on your screen.

    After this, an employee will be sent to your address by India Post Payment Bank (IPPB) who will update the mobile number and email ID in your Aadhaar card through biometrics.

    You will not have to provide any document to update your mobile number and email id on your Aadhaar card.
