
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited announced an interim dividend in the meeting held on 9 February 2022, according to which the company will pay a dividend of Rs 5.5 per share to its shareholders. Its ex-dividend date is 16 February.
Shareholders held on or before February 15 will be eligible for the dividend. The yield of this dividend is made up to 5.78%.
This dividend is the second interim dividend of the financial year 2021-22 of this company. Earlier, the company had paid an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share in December 2021.
The company is involved in interstate transmission systems, telecom, and consultancy services.
